I have never left a review before but the service was so great, I can’t recommend Tri-State enough. Working with Jeff made my renovation experience seamless. He not only offered great recommendations but also took the time to explain the reasoning behind them, which I really appreciated.

Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through a variety of carpets, and even let us take a swatch home to help with the decision. Once we chose, Jeff and his team ordered the runner and it arrived within just a few days. Installation was quick and professional — the team had it done in about two hours — and the final result looks fantastic. They also provided helpful cleaning instructions, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. So glad we chose to work with a local business.

Tri-State just completed their fourth job at our house over the past 18 years. As always, the job came out beautifully. They are always so accommodating, friendly, on time, great to work with and very reasonable. If you use another carpet place, give them a shot. I guarantee you they will be better and easier on the pocket.

They have anything you can dream of when it comes to flooring. The sales staff are extremely educated and the showroom is amazing.

Wonderful job! I had new carpet installed in my home a 2 years ago and the condition remains great. The colors have not faded, the softness has not changed and the overall install looks as it did on the first day. Jeff and his team made sure to help us through the entire process and made selecting a color and material type very easy. This room is heavily used but you wouldn't know it based on the flooring. I got numerous estimates locally but this was the most fair. Would highly recommend!

years ago and did a great job. They do commercial and residential
work --top quality !! The carpeting still is holding up great also !!
